Who is Holistic Calmness?

My journey towards finding holistic stress relief strategies started several years ago when I was laid off and my brother Tony passed away.  These 2 major life events changed me. It was a very stressful time, and I felt broken, but I wanted to take a negative situation and make it into a positive one.


So, I started living a more balanced and calmer life by using simple everyday habits and stress relief techniques to increase my mental, physical and spiritual health. I achieved my goal, so I wanted to share my experience and knowledge, and this is why I created Holistic Calmness.
