Social anxiety can really affect your life, so much so, that you do not want to associate with others. Yet, there is hope if you take the first step, and start to educate and increase your knowledge of all resources that are available to help you reduce your social anxiety. Just take it one step at a time, one day at a time. Create a plan that starts with a small task and once you accomplished this you can move to the next.
